• a valid phone number

Steps

1. Visit the paypal nigeria website at www.paypal.com/ng/
2. Click on the sign up for free button to go to the paypal sign up page
3. On the page, you will be presented with two options
   a. Open an Individual account or
   b. Open a Business account.
   Click Open an account under the category of your choice (Individual account is recommended for normal use)
4. Fill in the required fields and Click on Agree and create account.
5. An email will be sent to you by paypal. Open your email to view it then follow the instruction there to confirm your email address.
